Taking a look at the schedule

New England - L (13-27)
Houston - L (24-31)
@Cleveland - W (17-9)
@San Diego - L (17-21)
@New York Jets - L (6-17)

Washington - W (28-10)

We start 1-4 but finish a respectable 9-7
5-3 on at home which will be great after last year, 4-4 on the road.
we finish with 361 points for and 334 against.
 
New England - L (if we get one its week one at home before they are in sync but they are still better)
Houston - W Losing streak ends here in the hot Miami sun
@Cleveland - W Its a no brainier and before the end of the season meltdown
@San Diego - W We travel well and have dominated SD they only lost last time cause RB fumble and Penny Injury
@NY Jets - W We play them well and have won the last three in NY, I think the 9-7 Jets take a step backward
Denver - W Another no Brainer and in our usual mid season stride plus its at home
@NY Giants - L The Giants Defense gets its mid season dominance and we have a bad day on the road
@Kansas City - L We give them a good game but their running game has to much speed
Buffalo - W Our Line dominates and takes Fitzpatrick our for the season :-)
@Dallas - W Dallas was a shell of a team last year and they loose to many key players plus its Thanksgiving
Oakland - W Its a home game and we kill them
Philadelphia - L They have just done to much this off season, probably SB bound but we always beat the SB winner
@Buffalo - W The late season collapse begins with conservative coaching and weather
@New Engla - L The late season collapse continues but we give them a tough game
NY Jets - W The Jets are not the same team enter this game with a losing record after we take a lead they tank

I think with the strength of our Defense, subtract Henning we can do this however logic tells me that we will not win 5 games in a row as I project and there are a couple of games that could swing either way so my gut says 9-7 but my heart says 10-6. I believe we have been a 10-6 team the past two years where our team or coaching staff gave away three wins each season so lets hope the players and coaches have learned something and we get 10-6 and into the playoffs this year! Go Phins!!

I don't question your picks although they differ from mine, several games could go either way, however I think our defense does a better job and gives up less then 300 points this year.

Sure our defense plays well. our Offense gives up about 21 and special teams gives up 21. that puts us over 300.
 
I really think Kansas City will take a big step back this year without Charlie Weiss, I see us winning that game

10-6!

Arrowhead is no joke. Probably one of the best home field advantages in the NFL. They'll be playing Miami on a short week, but no travel. Still think Miami wins though, they've proven they can win in tough road games..
 
Why does everybody keep saying we're going to lose to the Chargers. Norv Turner is their coach and they have a history of poor starts. I think we're 3-1 at the BYE. Drop the opener then win the next 3. We'll be sittin pretty.

YES I believe we're finally gonna get over the HOUSTON curse this season.
 
I guess I'll throw my predictions down for the first time.

10-6 is my final decision pending what I see in preseason.
 
I'm really really shocked that you guys think the KC game is a win but give us an L from the Texans. I think KC is on the verge just like us and the Texans and could end up suprising ALOT of people. Their roster is absolutely dripping with talent at the skill positions, now ill admit that I dont know much about their OL/DL, but from what ive seen they seem to be ahead of us in the "contending" category. Also I just cant see us staying defeated by the average Texans. I will puke if they find a way to beat us again this year.

With that said, I see this being a 10 win season. But KC and even maybe NYG or the Raiders could suprise. I like our chances, Go Fins!
 
Our record vs. the Texans is ridiculous. We have to beat them this year. Looking at that schedule I can see anywhere from 6-10 to 7-9. We can split NE, Jets, and Bills (maybe even sweep them).

Thats a game I have a bad feeling about. Kind of like when Culpepper came down here and we thought we had that game because Oakland...is Oakland and we were at home against Culpepper.

Then again its a swing game for me. We might win that and yet lose to Houston if it makes you feel better. Maybe we win those two (Houston and Denver) and lose to the NY Junks up there and cant win in KC where its always tough to play.

Maybe next year when the Marlins are gone. They are the reason why. Something to do with a playoff schedule.
