I took this off BODOG.com a few seconds ago. According to this there are only 7 teams in the NFL who have LESS of a chance to win this years SB. We are 25th out of 32 teams.

Even teams like Tampa and Jacksonville have a better chance. We are freaking 45-1. If this doesn't get the on the bulletin board I don't know what does. What do you guys think, are getting hyped about our team while the rest of the league thinks we are gonna be total pushovers??

Wasn't NYJUNC talking yesterday about how much harder it was gonna be this year because we couldn't sneak up on anyone?? Well according to this we are gonna be sneaking up on EVERYONE again.

I think with those odds I might have to go drop a grand and hope we pull this one out. It will be a home game this year for us. How cool would it be to get one of those new Cameros with a tag that says "Pd4byFins".
 
We won 11 games and finished as division champs, got better on both sides of the ball, yet the Saints who finished last in a weaker division, the Skins who also finished last, and the jags who finished last in their division and went freaking 4-12 all are bigger favorites to make the superbowl.

What exactly are they seeing that makes us so bad. According to them, we play in the weakest division in football, and have a snowballs shot at making the playoffs. I just don't get it.

It seems the "get no respect" deal works great in the NFL to motivate players. I'm glad for that and usually don't get bent out of shape about such things, but when I saw 45-1 well, thats just too much. I mean to say the jags and bucs are both bigger favorites to make the SB makes us the worst team in the state of FL (in their eyes).

Wow I can't wait for the season to start.
 
If we were in a different division, even conference than the Pats (favorites at 9-2), I'd imagine our odds change dramatically. That they have the Colts at 10-1, a team seemingly on a rapid descent, shows the bias of the betting public. Until we handle Brady/Moss, there will be zero faith in us outside Dolphin Nation.

I understand that, however the Jags have to beat out the colts and titians, and the bucs have to beat out the saints, panthers, and falcons, and yet they still have them as better bets to win the SB. How do you explain that??
 
I can't except we're in the same division as the Pats so they stick a fork in us. Having the Jets at better odds is the biggest insult, to me. Even junc wouldn't bet that dog over us.
 
It has nothing to do with what they think. Our odds were better 2-3 weeks ago, and they probably didnt get the action with those odds. With those odds they're just trying to get some action on the Fins plain and simple. So basically, we're disrespected by the bettors.
 
As a MIAMI sports fan I am use to it. We get no love in anything. But this year we will earn our respect the hard way. Beating teams up.... Every time they come to MIAMI they are gonna know its a real battle to the end...

God bless the soldiers that have passed, and the soldiers that our out there right now, those are our real heroes not the athletes.
