Can anyone that has gotten to watch the games on Tv, tell me just about how many plays Boston has been getting a game. Can anyone offer any insight to why he isnt getting any cathches, is he not looking good? too slow? has been dropping passes? Has he been getting open? I think this guy can be a number 1 reciever. He is definetly one of my favorites on the team. I just dont get why he hasnt been a factor. Can anyone also let me know if weve been running three of four reciever sets at all?

Hes not getting the chances but when he does it seems he doesn't fight for the ball like he used to.

not good at all, that sucks to hear. How about on if we have been running any three or four reciever formations. I think this would be the best way to create a mismatch for Boston

He isn't getting the ball thrown to him much. He's fought for most balls. Just one where he should have tried to get it at the highest point. He has had to dive for other balls thrown his way. Other then that the ones that are on the mark he catches and gets some YAC as well.

I believe he spells booker, and gilmore spells Chambers.

Do not be shocked if Fred Gibson gets a chance ...

within this season to be promoted to the roster, possibly at the expense of Boston if his current level of production continues.

I think if you put chambers, booker, welker, and boston on the field at once and of course Ronnie in the backfield, tell me one of these people wont get open. Considering Boston is number four on our team he would be matched up against their nickel back or dime back. I think we need to use all the weapons we have all the time!

A lot of Boston's time is being stolen by Welker. I think Boston opened the season as the #3 wideout but after the Broncos game it seems like Welker has had more time as the 3rd wideout.

Unless the coaches are concerned with pass protection I would realy like to see us do this. You can even line up Randy as a wr.

Depending on who we are playing(talking about a strong run defensive team), this wouldn't be wise, because they would figure we are passing and they could bring in a rusher and sack the QB. If we were to do this as an opening play of the game or 2nd half, it might work, but to have four wideouts and a halfback in the backfield, it's like giving the play away unless the halfback runs out into the flats for a pass. Yeah our o-line has improved, but to do this against Bills, Jets, Falcons, Chargers, and some other teams would be risky...but then again, Scott L is a playmaker mastermind and takes risk(aka the Moss throw for the Vikings). The only team I would feel safe doing this against would be the Patriots because they are weak in the secondary as of late.

I wonder if Boston is still suffering from his injury and the Phins are keeping it hush hush. I mean it has to be a reason why the NFL's leading receiver a few years ago, hardly gets any playing time. I cannot believe for one minute that he has forgotten how to catch a football. Something has to be wrong.

I agree 100%, somthing has got to be wrong. Either the damage to the knee was bad enough that he just wont ever be close to the receiver he was or it is still just not all the way healed. Dont some of these knee injuies take more than one year to heal anyway?

I know a few have addresed Ronnie out of the backfield but look for him to catch more balls out of the backfield when ricki returns. Imagine having both of them in the I formation as a running play the first a blocker, but wait it wasnt a hand off it is actually a fake, and now a pass to ronnie. This will become a staple mark my word. When they moved up to protect against this it will open up the field for chamebrs welker booker, gilmore....Get my drift...
