The Dolphins should take a look at Saferian-Jenkins, could be a very good cheap weapon as a number 2 tightend. Mostly injuries and now recently some immature mistakes lead to his release. But it could be a good second chance here. The guy has talent.

i would pick him up in a heart beat. better than what we have

Does a dui yield a suspension?

Eh, I guess I don't really care since he will probably be back right in time for one our guys to get hurt

Both Bros are huge bucs fans. They think this guy just untapped potential. Very frustrating TE they said. They know he has the skill, just never came to fruition

From what I have seen of him, he can play. Its not a question that can he perform. When he healthy he makes plays. Its staying healthy. The off the field issues I havent heard of any since these recent ones, which doesnt seem that bad.

He came into the league in the substance abuse program because of his DUI in college. He could be facing a multiple game suspension right now. Habitual DUI. He's a piece of **** and is not wanted on this team

If he makes it to us on the waiver wire, I don't see why we wouldn't pick him up. Likely going to have a 2-4 game suspension though.

Miami needs to open the doors and give several talented players to revive their careers on and off the field, because even if they don't pan out they're at worst on par with what we have. Seferian-Jenkins is = or > than Sims or Cameron. Karlos Williams is = or > than several if not all of the running backs on the roster. Dee Milliner is = or > than McCain or a few of the other corners on the roster. If you're going to take chances and hope players improve or mature and get their careers back on track why not at least do that with players who have a greater talent level to begin with?

It will be interesting to see if Gase has an appetite for resurrecting the careers of talented wayward rejects. It is generally a lot of work and a low probability of succeeding. My hunch is that Gase needs more coaching experience before he puts his hand up for a DUI or substance abuse rehab project.

You're right that it's a low chance of succeeding, but Iwould say the odds against a player ike Seferian -Jenkins getting his act together are still better than the odds of Gray or Sims becoming a consistent contributing NFL player.

Roll with what we got. Win some games.

This team ain't that bad, we're gonna see that soon.

No, he needs to get into a rehab program and get sober.

I don't see how the south beach Miami dolphins could be the change of environment he needs to fix his work ethic and sobriety issues.

If you read the story of his DUI he was over the top messed up.
