I know that sometimes Dolphin fans can not be the best, but I will tell you, after attending that game yesterday I realized that Tampa Bay fans are the biggest losers in the world. In Miami, if you dont get into the season holder ticket parking lot by 10 AM, you are screwed. At 11 AM, that parking lot looked like a ghost town (i have pictures on my cell phone to prove it), the only people there were dolphin fans. During the game I will say I was pretty happy with the way the fans were during the game, im used to the scum bag jet fans, these people were so nice untill they had the game in hand. Did anybody else at the game notice this yesterday?

its funny to read posts after every game slamming the oppositions fans week in week out for one reason or another.. I'm coming to the conclusion that every football fan hates every other NFL teams supporters. ;) Does anyone have respect for any other NFL teams fans?

I respect Bengals fans for standing by their team through so many awful years. The patience has paid off though, the AFC North is theres for the taking IMO.

This is true , after a loss we always read how the other teams fans suck, but if we win that game then we laugh in there faces... When you lose a game you feel like sh*t, this in turn makes you hate everything & anything that has to deal with the team that beat you. Not picking on you i know how you feel, its frustration brother & its a bit*h. keep your head up or their gettin to ya!!

Actually I went to a Bucs-Fins game in Miami once, a few years ago. I had a great time. The stadium was half Bucs fans but we were in a section with mostly Dolfans. Everyone was very cool. We all were ribbing eachother before the game and talking some smack after every big play. The Bucs won the game and after we all shook hands and congradulated eachother for what was a very exciting game. (19-16 I think was the score). That's why I feel comfortable posting on this board because you guys, for the most part, seem to be well adjusted and good sports.

i agree with you there.

and noone likes the other teams fans when you loose.

tampa fans are horrible. All of them define bandwagon. I was at the game yesterday and I've heard louder crowd noise at the University of Central Florida games. I could not believe it. The bucs are still Orange and White deep down. They're on a tear but thats in a weak NFC conference.

i was at the game yesterday and i was in my R.Williams jersey and no bothered me infact i was talking to all the bucs fans around me and had a hell of a time there even though we lost....the only people that were rude were the drunk a**es standing by the ship

Hi Mr. Crabbypants.
#1 All of us define bandwagon? Get over yourself. I sat in the Big Sombrero back in the day and have been a season ticket holder since the Sam Wyche days..
#2 I was at the game and yeah it's been louder. Usually is when the game is a little closer and the opponent is a little better. :rofl3:
The dolphins looked bad yesterday and as a fan I never felt that the outcome of the game was in question. Did you?

I don't like Bucs fans. A lot of them are very nice but they definitely have that vocal minority that are just plain jagoffs.

Getting drunk at football games I guess is a pretty time-honored tradition but it doesn't make for the best outcomes. I saw a full fight escalate between Dolphins and Bucs fans in a parking lot because the Bucs fans started talking crap and when they are drunk and talking crap to fans of the team they just beat it's like they don't expect you to say anything back and when you do it's on, they want to fight you. I know there was a group of dumb@sses walking next to me who were vocally talking all kinds of junk about the Phins and then said something like "I guess WE got the RIGHT running back from Auburn" so finally I just said "Oh, sorry was he out there? He sure did a lot of damage today in the weight room, you should have seen him. Yeah, you're right though, if we wanted a guy that we could pay $15 million to ride an exercise bike, we'd have taken Cadillac Williams."

That almost started a fight between me and like 4 other tampa idiots.

And during the game sitting next to me some drunk idiot who was shouting the most horrendously stupid stuff throughout the game said something nasty to my girlfriend because during halftime they had the the cheerleader camp all-stars there and there were these tiny little 4 year olds doing the most spectacular jumps and flips and everything it was really amazing. Anyway, we're commenting to each other lould like holy crap look at what these 4 year olds are doing! And we hear the guy behind us like agreeing with us and then saying "Showoffs!" and we thought that was funny like he was making a joke or something so we laughed and then when they left the field he said something like "I hate showoffs" and so my gf, still thinking he was joking, turned back a little and said jokingly "Yeah, especially 4 year old showoffs" and she giggled, then the guy leans forward to her and gets close to her and says "Do you have kids? I didn't think so, well I have children so don't you #@!%ing talk to me about children." Man was I ticked off, but I had gotten the tickets for free from a Bucs fan friend of my mom and stepdad who couldn't go to the game, and the guy knows and is friends with a lot of the people that sit next to him since he's a season-ticket holder and so I didn't want to get into an argument right there and start some scene.

Also at the game every time I cheered for a Miami player this one woman in front of me just kept turning around and giving me an evil eye and I'm like wtf, leave me be ya old hag (inside voice).

Overall though, there are a lot of Bucs fans that are VERY nasty toward Miami fans, I see it everywhere whether I'm in a sports bar, at a Bucs game, even just reading Buccaneers sports writers' garbage. They have this giant complex about Miami because we were always so good for like decades while they were always so bad, so we were kings of the state for a long time. You would think though that our fall from grace and Tampa's rise to power over the last half decade would make Miami fans the ones who handle it badly, but it is just the opposite...a lot of Bucs fans are just insufferable toward Miami fans.

I personally hate Buc fans. Biggest bandwagon fans I've ever seen in my entire life. I went to the Ale House to watch the game and the room was split between Bucs and Dolphin fans. Before the Bucs won the Superbowl, you couldn't pay someone to be a Buc fan. Then after they won the Superbowl, everyone loved them. When I would call them out on it, they would always respond with, " No, I've been a fan for 10 years." Right buddy...

90% of Buc fans are fake.

Nah dude, he's sort of right. I mean, Miami fans don't generally make a ton of noise either but when the game is 10-6 or 10-3 and Miami is driving into your end of the field, you don't exactly have the game in hand and the crowd is supposed to make some noise on 3rd down but the crowd's noise was pretty uninspiring I thought. Actually the loudest the crowd got was while the game was already well in-hand and Tampa fans didn't want Miami to score any garbage touchdowns.

I'm not going to harp on bandwagon fans, that's just the way it is. I grew up closer to Tampa than Miami, but I probably chose Miami as "my" team when I was a kid because Tampa sucked and Miami had Marino.

But I will say that yes Tampa has a very large percentage of bandwagon fans, but they make up for it in a lot of ways too with sheer enthusiasm about their team.

If you don't think Tampa Bay is prone to bandwagonism, go ahead and check out the situation with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Seems like everyone in Tampa's a hockey fan NOW...

All I know, from watching the game this weekend on the Sunday Ticket is: The fans of TB are BOOORING. The game was not over, the dolphins just recovered and were going in for the score... it was so silent. I had one friend flat-fall asleep from the missing 'ambiance'. At least, in Buffalo or NY, the fans sound there... I hate them, but man, at least they react.

One thing to say: the game was boring.

Plus, if I can add, the Saban is a bust threads are just as boring. The Gus can't play, play Sage threads are boring. Gus is the starter, live with it.
