Tank Johnson cut!!! Phins?

Now I know that Tank Johnson got suspended for the first 8 games.... But do you think the Phins take any chance to get a great DT. I know the chances are slim and I don't even think I want him on the Phins but I just thought I would throw it out there and see what you guys thought.
 
Even if he fit our defense, which he doesn't, I would still be tempted to say no, absolutely not.

Should be interesting to see what team has the cajones to step up to the plate and take him off waivers.
 
NOOOOO, we don't need anymore players with character issues. :unsure:
 
Everyone wants to jump down Evans throat for making one mistake, then I bet lots of people will want to sign Johnson, a repeat offender. I'll also bet the same people that want to cut Evans will want Johnson.

Actually the same idiots that want to sign Johnson are the ones who will bend over backwards to defend Evans or any other Dolphins player, no matter how badly they conduct themselves.

I really think that there are football fans out there who would give a pass to a violent thug who assaulted their elderly mother if signing said thug would guarantee a playoff berth.

My point was that Evans has not produced, so when he makes a mistake we jump down his throat.

Johnson has produced, so his actions tend to get looked over more.

When you produce you get special treatment in the NFL from fans over guys who haven't yet. Everyone wants to believe a star player will 'turn it around'
no-one really cares about the Fred Evans of the world who havent done anything yet.
 
Maybe when the fins cut Evans, he and Tank could work as K-Mart Greeters.

If there was an icon that had a dude pissing on a picture of Tank Johnson, I would post it to more eloquently pervay my thoughts on him joining the Dolphins.

This is true, and it's sad. I couldn't believe there were actually a handful of people on here who wanted to sign Pac-Man. This is a guy who's behavior directly lead to an innocent man being paralyzed for the rest of his life.
