This fool helped put this roster together and like he did with the JETS he's going to ruin this team as well with his poor decisions and questionable signings, lack of proper roster moves and stupid trades.
 
Should have never been hired. Ross should have fired Ireland and Philbin at the same time and maybe he would have had a shot at a better GM. Now we are stuck with a proven failure as GM and his puppet along with a rookie HC whos team has looked just as bad if not worse than the Philbin coached teams.
 
Yup. Critical mistake that he was ever let in the building.
 
This thread points to the real problem. Ireland versus Tannenbaum is irrelevant. They are both failures. The real problem is Ross. He is incapable of hiring good football people to run his franchise. Until that problem is fixed the Dolphins are never going to be anything other than what they are today.
 
I'll go a step further as long as we are dreaming...Ross needs to sell the team.
 
Fire him and then you are firing Gase after 1 year because the guy who replaces him will want his own GM and HC
 
I honestly want to do bad things to him. Im soooooooooo irate about this franchise and the worst thing about it is I cant seem to let go. I love this team so much. I don't know who to hate more, Ross or Tannenbaum. I think it should be Ross. I cant even stand looking at his bafoonery ass. This dude is an undercover new York fan just demolishing us from the inside out... Im convinced of it. I bet anyone, $10,000 that Ross will not fire Tannenbuam.

On this subject, I wonder if Gase's hands are tied when it comes to Tannehill. I wonder if Tannenbuam is making Gase play Tannehill? I mean, why else is Tanne not on the bench?
 
The only way Tannenbaum gets fired is if Ross sells the team. The only way THAT happens is if it hits him on the pocket book (because that's all he understands). If people won't buy tickets because the team sucks, and he can't get the money back for all those stadium upgrades, then maybe we'll lose Ross and Tannenbaum.
 
Should have been fired with Failbin. Ross's piecemeal approach strikes again.
 
Ross is a clown! His forcing coaches and GMs to work together will never work. Mike Tannebum is a loser, terrible hire!
 
We've all known for some time now that our team is going to be garbage for as long as Ross is running it. We may not want to admit that to ourselves because it's very ****ing grim but deep down we've all known it's true. This is the sad truth of it all. Hiring Philbin was a joke and he found an even more revolting option with Tbum. We've been run into the ground by a jets fan and it won't stop until he finally gets the **** out.
