So we're trading a 27 year old who' looked good in 2 stints in 2 bad situations? Instead, lets move the 31 year old, with a bad back, that hasnt played in over a year. Moore has proven he can more than hold down the fort for several weeks. Garrard will be out of football soon.
 
every rookie does not know their teams playbook by now...teams are still working install...philbin i think even said 75 percent of the playbook has been put out there...that there's another 25 percent still left...and tanny definitely has an advantage in that regard over many rookies learning a different pro system from the one they played in in college...
 
Guys, lay off the personal shots. People's opinions may not be popular with this crowd, but they're still entitled to them. If someone pisses you off/annoys you to no end, go start a call out thread in the Depths.
 
Ppl are so friggn funny. Bi*tch and moan and cry about how freaking bad we need a QB..and for how long? And now...we have one....we actually have a QB in MIAMI that we can get behind. Hes not a vet looking for a way to heal his pride on the way out the door...hes not a washed up used-to-be...hes not an overrated thug who likes to run his mouth about how great and perfect he is. What we DO have....is a rookie QB straight out of college with an intense knowledge of the game...and extreme love for the position..and an insane amount of drive and guts...he is walking into the NFL....immediately COMPETEING with not one....but 2 VET QBs...AND IS WINNING! All of this and he does it with class....not with BS ego trips and retarded media tricks...hes doing it because he is the real deal.

I was the definition of the Marino fan. Best QB of all time and it doesnt matter what anybody else thinks...he was the ****. The problem is...hes gone. And its so easy for us to throw out that 1972 perfect season. The problem is...they are gone too.

Miamis fan base is....if anything...loyal. Every single dolphin fan today gets that credit..because if you can be a fan through the diaper of **** we have been pulling for entirely too many seaons, and still come out a fan on the other side...those are the kind of ppl I wanna stand with on gameday.

So cmon guys..just think about what we have here...we have a brand new HC that has promise oozing out of his ears....and we have a brand new QB with raw talent and potential pouring through his veins. This is the VERY best by far that we have looked in YEARS!!! Lets just friggin get behind this! IM STOKED ABOUT THIS SHlT!!

Philbin will start Tannehill...just accept it lol. The kid is only going to get better and he already looks better than the 2 vets we have....it seriously makes no sense NOT to start him. Hand him the baton...put your faith in the guy and let him lead us back to glory. I say quit the whining and get behind what could very well be the most exciting thing since Marino...just remember..Dan the man, at one point, was Dan the rookie.
 
good game I look forward to friday to see how he handles his first pre season game and I want to see who jumps out as a receiver to me. I was hoping for Gates to do well but doubt he makes the team if the first depth chart is any indication
