Throw for 350 2 scores with 0 ints in a game....only other was Marino.

I just saw this little tidbit on my fantasy app. Thats pretty bad that noone has done that in 15 years...

It's pretty bad that people still think he's the problem.

He's not perfect. He's not Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady but he's pretty damn good and he's the least of our problems on this team. I cannot believe that the run D and o-line are still so bad.

The difference was that Marino threw his 2 TD's in the 4th quarter and we won the game 34-31. Holy crap we put up 25 points in that game in the 4th. I miss those days.
Not a knock on Ryan so just hold your comments. Just comparing the 2 games and final results.

He is also the first Dolphins QB to throw for 3+ touchdowns and 0 interceptions in the first two games.

tannehill is very good and still gonna get better. the biggest disappointment is our run defense.. i truly thought with Suh this defense would be amazing.. hopefully they get it together soon

For what it's worth, we'd be in even worse shape without Suh. The problem in game 2 was absolutely the pass defense and that's due to some questionable secondary play and lack of edge rush more than anything.

And to think he does it standing behind our POS o-line. Imagine if we actually had protection and a running game.

I have always been quite critical of TH. He is not an elite QB, but is good enough to win from the growth I have seen each year and to this point this year.

But I have always been critical of Failbin. That hasn't changed.

The 'miss' on the throw to Jordan Cameron last week was because he was being folded up like an accordion. If it wasn't obvious from the live broadcast, watch the replay. He's eating dirt while the ball is still in the air.

What can ya do? We've had this problem since 2013.

Good start by Ryan who really needs to keep it going in the next two critical divisional games.

i think he will

It blows my mind that in a billion dollar organization, the success of their product is riding on the performance of guys like Dallas Thomas and Jason Fox with Joe Philbin sailing the ship. I'm sure it gives them the tingles to see their $100 million QB running for his life.

another difference is that we scored 20 points through either running the ball or defensively.....they probably also got a few first downs via running the ball too.....must've been nice

so, yea...that's another difference. is it "the" difference? idk that's subjective i guess....

There are some that think he is the biggest, but there are some (myself included) that think while he's good enough to win with if surrounded by the right pieces he still needs to take that next step. His stats are nice but stats can be misleading. My issue with RT is he has yet to show on other than a rare occasion that when the game is on the line and the team needs him to carry them on their shoulders he doesn't do it enough.

Take a look at his rating

overall 1st half 4th
2012 76.1 74 83.4
2013 81.7 85.2 59.2
2014 92.5 95.2 80.5
2015 101.7 107.5 66

He must improve in the 4th qtr when the game is on the line.
