The more I think of it the more it makes sense.

You have draft a promising prospect, and you ruin him by giving the kid:

A **** OL that allows so many hits it screws up the QB mentally.

A **** coaching staff that couldnt teach a 4 year old to count to 10.

On a relative scale I think it is pretty apparent who is not good. The QB play far outshines the OL play. So you have to ask how much does the OL play hurt the QB play. There is not much a QB can do to make his line look bad. On the other hand...

You give him a poor line. You give him coaches who blow. You give him GM's that blow. When all fails, it's the qb's fault. NOBODY will EVER be a good qb in Miami until they get a competent front office and coach. We will have same discussion for decades as we have since Marino retired. Miami will shore up one position but completely ignore another key one. They will continually miss on drafts. This franchise literally has sucked for so long it is almost embarrassing wearing merchandise out in public.

Stop it. He is an average QB that would excel with an elite team around him. The OL is definitely offensive and the front office should be held accountable.

He is better than CARR, especially in garbage time. RT sucks.

Only Difference is David Carr came into the NFL with decent pocket presence and left with bad pocket presence due to horrible offensive line play (started hearing foot steps) and Tannehill came in with suspect pocket presence and now has horrible pocket presence.
