Agreed. RT has the smarts to pick up a new system.

They need to get an OC who can adapt/be flexible & not be tied to a system. It would help if it were user friendly for Mike Wallace too.

Ireland is a problem. But games this year were begging to be won by the Fins by just making some adjustments. Go/Go Go ?? SERIOUSLY!
Also for every mistake RT made, we had negative yard runs, jailbreak pressure, way stupid play calls & a situation for the HC to chew someones ass out. Sorry I believe this staff sucks. Make them gone
 
Tannehill chit the bed the last two weeks, plain and simple. I would expect that level of play in his first few starts not in weeks 16 and 17of his second season.
 
Explain how do the better QB's adjust from college to Pro's with a new system. A new system might be just what the doctor ordered.

Does the system encourage him to be:

Inaccurate?
No pocket awareness.
No killer instinct
Make poor decisions?
Never move around the pocket.
Hardly ever take off an run when it's available to him.
Not read blitzers?
