Tannehill is 8th best QB in red zone with 102.7 QB rating.

Keller, Gibson, Wallace, and before Bush were bought players.

Good teams have talented young players waiting at opportunities. But since Ireland can't draft skill position players, two injuries and we're left with very little. We have depth issues throughout because of horrendous drafting.

We have to change direction at the end of the year, because there's great chance this team will look even worse next year if we don't.

Apples to oranges there buddy. Two different o-lines, two totally different WR and TE corps. The Bengals are a serious contender with all the weapons on offense at Dalton's disposal.

Still, the term Tannehill and "elite QB" has no business being used together in the same sentence. I mean the way people were crowning him a top 10 QB after 3 games was as premature as it gets. Let the kid gain some consistency before we start throwing his name in the ring with other quarterbacks.

Lol, not even Dalton has looked like Dalton on Sunday. Outside of Sunday and a few wins even Bengal fans question if Dalton is the guy.

I bet those Bengals fans don't try to label him "elite" like some try to do Tannehill. The QB game is a game of patience and a guy like Tannehill needs to continue to evolve, learn from his mistakes and improve on them . . . not be compared to anybody at this point.

Yea I mean I did my best to stay out of those pro Ireland threads in the offseason. The guy just doesn't have a clue when it comes to skill positions in the draft. The #1 problem with this team was lack of depth and people saw a group of starters on paper and thought they could compete. In today's NFL if you don't have solid depth you aren't going to be very successful.

Not to mention he used Dalton's best game (by far) in his three year career as an example lol, highly flawed example to use in an argument.

Would the week before where he threw 3 TD's and 0 INT's and 372 yards at Detroit be a better example? Or how about beating both New England and Buffalo before that? 2 teams that we lost to. Or how about leading his offense to 7 30 points or more performances since the start of last year, while Tannehill has only done that once behind a career game from Reggie Bush?

It's not highly flawed. I can show you a ton of lists after those first 3 games where Tannehill was above Dalton on every one, on this site. People stress patience in regards to Tannehill yet flaunt him around like he's an elite QB after a good game.

Protect the damn qb. 32 sack in 7 games is bad,They are already about 20 from a team record
