I think we all know Tannehill is a better QB when running. Whether it be tucking the ball and scrambling when the play breaks down or bootlegs and throwing on the run. The question I have, is if it's pretty obvious... why doesn't he do that?
Is it a playcall issue, where the coaching staff has designed pocket plays, and told Tannehill to stick in the pocket? Or is it a QB issue, where he doesn't realize the play has broken down and he decides to stick in the pocket, rather than rolling out?
