In Tannehill's last 7 games (final 6 games of last season + 1 combine game this preseason) his stats are as follows.

1,551 Passing yards
195 Rushing Yards
9 Passing TD
1 Rushing TD
2 INT
4 Fumbles Lost

This translates to the following over a 16 game season

3,545 Yds Passing
446 Yds Rushing
23 TDs
14 Turnovers

When you consider the help brought in during the off season and his increased familiarity with the system in year 2, I expect his projected stats to be even better than what the numbers tell us above. But if not, can you live with what you see above? I can!!

Now combine these stats with a top 10 defense and an improved special teams and we have much to look forward to Dolfans!!!

I looking for 25+ TDs and I am always looking for less ints., but those stats are in the ballpark and would not be disappointed.

3800 passing yards
25 touchdown passing
12 or less int
200 rushing yards
3 rushing td
4 fumbles
Is what I want to see.

These are pretty accurate, but I'm leaning upward on TD's as my earlier prediction was 24...I'm now going 28 TD's for the season

I would agree with some of these predictions if we still had Keller. But right now I don't see anyone on the roster catching this many TDs. Even if we can get Wallace 8-10 TDs, who is catching the rest?? Gibson might get 4-7 but we really need a redzone threat. I would feel so much better if we got Sims in the game down on the GL. We need a big body down low that can catch. Maybe Tyms can be that guy, but I really can't see RT throwing 25 TDs to the players we have now.

We are a lot better than we were last year but haven't been a lot better in the red zone. I see
3800 yards,
19 TDs,
13 picks,
340 rushing
4 TDs rushing

Losing Keller really hurt, and still makes me a little sick to my stomach. :(

A TD to INT ratio of at least 2 to 1 would be a smashing success on the season IMO. Couple that with a completion percentage of at least 60, and you can now say we've definitively found our franchise QB.

Combine our defense with 10% more turnovers on D, 10% less turnovers on O, and more TD's and we are playoff bound. I do wish we had a jump ball target for Tannehill. I still love you Tyler Eifert :chuckle:

I honestly see Brandon Gibson leading this team in TD's. Strong hands (drops not withstanding) and quick route running, plus it seems Tannehill is developing a nice chemistry with Brandon.

4300 passing yards
21 Passing TD
3 Rushing TD
8 Int
175 yard Rushing
1 Fumble lost

If Tannehill throws for 20+ TDs we will be right there in the playoff hunt for a wild card spot.

20 TDs = 8-8/9-7 Record - Ireland Gets a 3 Year extension

25 TDs = 10-6 Record - Playoffs, Ireland Gets a 5 Year extension

30 TDs = 12-4 Record - Philbin is Coach of the Year, Ireland Gets a 5 year extension

i would say around 3800-4100 yards passing, 62% Completion rate, 23-25 TD's, 10-13 int's, around 300 yds rushing and 3 TD's. I look for us to finish around 11-5 and take back the AFC East Division Championship. Woot Woot.

1:1 TD to int ratio for 2013. Sorry boys, he hasn't shown much improvement.
