Tannehill’s cap number goes from $19.8 million this year to approximately $8.6 million. The Dolphins are saving $11.2 million in cap space with the move.

No it's not. Miami easily had more than $50M available next year, and with Suh's $17M coming after June, Miami will roll some over as well. AND the cap usually increases every year. So, still lots of space.
