The thing that jumped out to me was how bad the Baylor D was. Wow. Did anyone notice how far the running backs were getting before any defender was even close. Tanny has a gun. He was making some tough throws across the field, but I didn't love the long ball. As someone noticed above, under thrown on both TDs.

Baylor had one of the worst defenses in the nation.. They were 113th in Points against.

They gave up..

48 to TCU
31 to RICE
35 to Kansas ST
55 to A & M
59 to OK St
38 to OK
42 to Tech
56 to Washington.

That's a good observation. I see it the same way.

I keep hearing about how much better than Luck he will do his rookie year. I would bet money that the Colts do better with Luck than the Redskins with rg3. The duet of Shanahan Sr and Shanahan jr does not look like it can handle adversity very well and neither does rg3.

I just didn't like how he had to keep reassuring himself with all the comments like "Jim Harbaugh really wanted me to go to Stanford, but talent recognizes talent" and "Washington wouldve made me the #1 pick if they were picking first" and the "there's really two #1 picks this year with Luck and me."

No, dude, there's only 1 #1 pick, and I'm betting Indy knew it was Luck ever since the season ended.
