Tannehill vs Texas on ESPNU now

I honestly appreciate you speaking to me like a human being despite the fact that I have a conflicting opinion to common finheaven logic. That being said, Jones still fared tremendously better than Tanny did vs Texas, and that was the game in question.

fair enough

Lol I guarantee I get banned for that comment, even though it was cool for that other guy to call me a waste of sperm.

Ok cool, so now that you're done copying and pasting box scores, we can get back to my original and simple point. RG3, Landry Jones, Brandon Weedenand Ryan Tannehill were really the only 4 legitimately decent QBs that the Texas defense played this year. 3 out of those 4 guys had good games against Texas. Who was the odd man out of that equation?

That's actually a pretty fair amount of "decent" QBs. I mean, Texas played 13 games, right? If four were against "decent" quarterbacks, that's about a 1 in 3 ratio, including THREE FIRST ROUND PICKS.

Exactly how many "decent" QBs do you think there are in college football?

This kid was a successful starting WR who became a starting QB and displayed the kind of ability that makes one believe he may turn into something special. However, I can understand why this game and the one against Oklahoma would make you cringe at times. I'm not talking about dropped passes or passes under pressure. I'm talking about big mental mistakes and some lack of accuracy. Make no mistake about it, I'm excited to see this kid develop his QB vision and use his tremendous athletic ability to become the Phins franchise QB of the future. He couldn't be in a better situation to develop.

Glad that we agree about Weeden btw, but I'm not gonna come on here and act as if Im happy that we picked the inferior QB. Why are you?

God, ride dick much?

I honestly enjoy reading CK "copy and paste" more than the bull**** you are trying to spew out.

You tell CK that he can't have a good debate, but as soon as he gives you the information you say "Ok cool, so now that you're done copying and pasting box scores" that's just a bad excuse that you came up with, and if you're worried about our QB because of 1 game then you'd be worried about every single QB that has ever been drafted. Every QB has bad games and you can look for his flaws in 1 game as much as you can but the point is Ireland, Philbin, and Ross all saw something in this guy that you obviously don't see.

Oh cool.
Still nobody ever came close to proving me wrong.

Proving you wrong about what? That Tannehill had a bad game against Texas? Who gives a damn? Every QB has a bad game and he's a Miami Dolphin right now, go ahead and look at it as negatively as you must, but you've already lost the respect of a great debater in CKParrot, and until you actually start debating instead of going "nope nope nope I'm always right and you're wrong, and if you post something that proves me wrong I'm going to say you copied and pasted it" then you're not going to gain the respect of posters.

I told him he was incapable because he immediately said he would not debate me. Then he "reluctantly was drawn in", and he was still wrong.
Im not concerned about Tannehill because of one game. Im concerned because he's a workout warrior with a complete lack of a good collegiate body of work.

I would like to personally thank surtains for inspiring comedy and making me laugh

He said nothing wrong, there was absolutely nothing in his post that said anything in-factual, the only person I've seen saying something wrong is you, you try to tell CK what he thinks you were proven wrong.

Flacco and Newton both have less than 20 starts and they're holding up just fine, Tom Brady had to share his senior season snaps, and with great coaching Brady turned into a Hall Of Famer. With great coaching, any QB that is hard-working and has the skills will atleast be an above average QB in this league. Tannehill has worked with Sherman his whole collegiate career, so he knows everything they needed to know about him. I trust Ireland, Philbin, Ross, and Sherman more than I trust a poster on this site.

"Tannehill does bad against Texas!! He has to be hot garbage"

Son, you have no idea who you're up against.

Thats what I was thinking lmao. Yeah I see the downside of Tannehill from those multi-pick games. But I seem to remember Peyton Manning about 6 to the Chargers not too long ago. Please don't argue with ck haha
