when you score 31, you should win..... the defensive philosophy was bad...

Second to none? Let's not go that far, but he looked a lot better in the no huddle up tempo style.

Is this news to anyone ?

We all saw that Tannehill played lights out in the second half .

Our defense went out there and got murdered on three straight drives .

Score was 21-0 before RT had thrown his 4th pass , but Ofcourse ... The morons see what the morons want to see

It was a pretty money 2nd half. This came when Miami was down big and NE knew they'd pass the rest of the half so they could tee off on the offensive.

My question is, why can't Miami play like this to start? No running game? They didn't have one in the 2nd half and they still were able to get **** going.

That maybe true but do you think he'd have those stats if the Patriots defense hadn't fallen asleep at the wheel and Garoppolo was still in the game.

Patriots were still coming with pressure. The difference is that Tannehill got aggressive and starting throwing intermediate and deep passes instead of his normal under 10 yards crap that we've all been used to. Pats weren't ready for it.

If Garoppolo stays in the game Pats score 50+ on us so the score wouldn't have been as close but the Dolphins still took it to their defense in the second half.

It's monumental to not go 3 and out early in the game, this is when it would be nice to pick up 4yrds a run to keep drives alive.

The running game is going to really hurt us when we actually have a lead and want to go into our 4 minute offense. It's going to lead to other teams coming back on the Dolphins.

Our passing game was dominant in the second half. The Patriots knew we were going to pass 90% of the time and they still couldn't stop us.

Only thing that stopped us was that Ajayi fumble and the lack of timeouts in the end. If the defense gives us a little more time I'm convinced we would've scored a TD on our last drive as well.

And then Franks would miss the extra point, cause, you know, Dolphins.

lol...you know how many "Dolphins are cursed" threads that would have spawned. I almost wish that would have happened now.

Finheaven, where we resort to breaking down a simple HALF of football to justify why a player might be good.

What about the first half? And more importantly, why isn't that used to judge his performance in conjunction with his second half?
