Not to start another Tannehill thread, but what the heck.

The kid has been great in the last 7 games, with flashes of spectacular thrown in.

Not only does he pass the eye test, but his stats in the Dolphins' last 7 games (5-2 record BTW): 65 % completion pct. (170 for 260), 12 TDs, 5 INTs, 265 yards/game, 1 rushing TD and ZERO fumbles. Most importantly, the kid is just in the beginning of his progression and hasn't even touched his potential yet.

If a QB had those stats on another team, most Dolphins fans would be asking, "Why can't we get a QB like that in Miami?"

He plays this well for a full season next year, we are going to be legit contenders.

The key has been he has moved much better to avoid pressure and cut back on the turnovers. I cant remember the last time he fumbled. That is why we are 5-2 over this stretch.

Keep pedaling WV

Bro, he has already turned out to be a bust. We have been down this road before. Starting Turnoverhill any further is pointless.

Start Matt Moore and try to salvage the season. We already know Tannebust isnt the answer. We will be drafting a QB again this year if we are smart.

WV, the total chaos on the OL made it practically impossible for him to play this well earlier in the season.

It's because he's tough, resilient and a quality QB that the team has come this far.

Bagging on RT for less-than-stellar play first nine games of the season is like blaming a deaf person for not being able to understand Mandela's sign language expert. Just ain't logical, lol.

Keep pedaling WV

Who cares if he's backpedaling. I know I almost fell out of my chair when he posted what he did in this thread. We're all Dolphins fans here bro, and I for one would welcome WV on the bandwagon when he's ready. But he'd better decide if he wants on now. Seats are filling up quickly. May not be room by next season. So, what's it gonna take WV, for you to jump on the bandwagon before next season?

Tanne threw to 10 different pass catchers today. Wow, chalk that up to part of our success too.

I love the kid, all he needs is better pocket presence (granted his pocket has sucked all year). I was at Pittsburgh game and he was much better at reading the pressure. Today frankly was a step backward, I was a little disappointed but happy with the result. I'm a fan. Mostly because of the arm strength and the resilience. (and the wifey lol)

WVDolphan, if he continues like he has, will you join the Tannehill bandwagon???

If he FINALLY beats the Bills and then beats the Jests, gets us in the playoffs at 10-6, then yes Im all in with him.

I went overboard a couple of times when he had these good stretches of play. Its not like he hasnt strung together good games before. Last year and the beginning of this year I made threads about how awesome he is and then he went and **** the bed vs the Titans last year and the Bills this year and stayed in a funk for a while. I dont want to jinx it.

Besides, dont act like it cant happen. If he comes out and plays like dog**** and we lose the next two games its going to be pure hell.

He has definitely shown toughness all year. I never doubted the kid's guts.

Besides, some dont want to recognize it, but I have credited this kid many times whenever he plays well.

Go pittsburgh !!

If steelers beat the bengals we are in great position next week when the ravens and bengals play. One of them will have to lose, and if the ravens can win that division we win the tiebreaker vs Cincy. Steelers can help us out. Not the end of the world if they lose but it would help.
