Lol, he's done good, LOL. The real purpose of this thread is asking if anyone thinks he might view next season as must win season.
If he does, we'll keep Stills from Cameron's money and draft a TE.
 
I am not a fan of Tannenbaum hope he proves me wrong our draft class has shown little on the field outside Tunsil and we traded up mightily in the draft for many of those selections. IMO its the coaching getting it done with back-ups and retreads something I have preached about here for sometime. Shula used to do the same thing here. Look we have Suh and a aging Wake on defense then everyone else. On the other side a bunch of former 1st round picks on the Oline outside of Tunsil , RT, Ajayi and our 3 wide outs. Then everyone else. The guys getting the job done were already here the rest have been coached up and I love it but I really really hope that we have or get a superior GM to aquire some really good talent and see what these really good coaches can do.

More junk drafted that can't get on the field and stay on the field.

I'll give him that -- he's got an eye for injury plagued players...
 
If not Tbaum, then who?
He was a slight improvement over Hickey.
I would give Baum 1 more draft...and it better be center and LBs
 
Mike has done a good job here with the draft and free agency. It isn't without a few question marks but overall I think he gets a B for this season. Really, this grade is for the entire front office because as much as fans want to point the finger at Mike due to his background elsewhere, none of the player acquisitions are his decision alone.
 
As much as I don't trust Tannenbaum, especially after his list of screw ups with the Jets, you have to give him some of the credit for our turn around so far this season. He traded back in the first year of the draft and got us Kiko, Maxwell and then Tunsil. 3 starters who are all balling for this team with one fell swoop. By the way, the GM hires the Coaches so Gase and VJ go in his column and these guys are the best Coaches this team has had in ages. Howard was drafted and when healthy he really looked like a great pick. Caroo hasn't seen the field very much but I see the kid as a future starter who will have a very fine career. Kenyon Drake won a game for us with a Kick off return and will slowly be worked into the offense. Grant is a kid I like but he has to cure the fumble thing. These 2 bring top end speed to a team badly in need of superior speed. Anyway, the guy is a deal maker and Suh wouldn't be here if not for MT. Let's hope he learned from his failures in NY and he will do a great job for the Dolphins!
 
Gase managed to work miracles with a broken, mediocre roster.

Thank you...always amazes me how some fans expect most of a draft class to explode in year one.

As you say...the first round triad was a great move...Howard is viewed as a long term starter...Caroo is talented and will blossom with more time.

Drake is talented and won a game for us....Grant returned a kick for a touchdown.
