The cycle is complete, Tannenbum has successfully turned this team into what he left the Jets like. If you are still a fan of this team right now I give you my sympathy.

I blame Ross more than everyone. The one constant of all this misery is Ross' terrible management decisions.

Ross has turned the franchise into a clown act.

Sad. Very sad.

BNF.

The Dr. Frankenstein of football. Builds a team from mismatching parts and it terrorizes its own fans for years.

Team sucks. Quarterback sucks. Line sucks. Offense is pure garbage.

Roos is to blame for sure, but Tannenbum had every chance to earn his keep. This should be his last gig at any kind of job that grants him any personnel control.

Ross is the ultimate blame stopping point. But tannenbaum, I swear I would hurt him if I ever met him

bad owner gm coach qb and coordinators. rock bottom after years of looking for one.

He's not done yet. Ross will let him continue to destroy this franchise. Tannenbaum is probably feeding Ross some bullcrap line about this team only needing a few pieces in free agency and he'll go spend money, overpay some big name free agent to a horrible contract that the Dolphins will be paying for for the next 6 or 7 years strapping this teams salary cap for years. At the same time he'll be drafting some horrible players.

This team will sink lower than the Cleveland Browns and with another New Yorker in line to buy the team they may never recover.

Hopefully we draft a QB. I'm not blaming Gase. He had crap to work with.

Tannenbaum needs to go. Ireland brought more talent to the team.

Ditch Tannenbaum and hire a guy Gase is comfortable working with.

This team is bereft of talent on defense, and an overpaid OL that is still trash after a decade of expensive investments.

Ross is the most clueless owner in the NFL, if not in all of sports. His decision making since he bought the team has been horrendous. Hiring Tannenbaum was a big mistake and another horrible decision, and we all knew this when we heard he was going to hire Tannenbaum.

As long as Ross is the owner of this team, and people like Tannenbaum are calling the shots, this franchise is going nowhere. It does not matter who they bring in as a head coach, Tannenbaum will not relinquish control of the football operations. That is why Gase was hired. Another rookie head coach that has zero authority with building the team (draft, free agents, etc). He has to take what Tannenbaum gives him. And the love fest that Ross and Tannenbaum have with Tannehill, is handicapping Gase already in my opinion. A QB guy like Gase has to realize that Tannehill is not the answer, however benching him will not be an option being behind the scenes, his hands are probably tied due to Tannenbaum.

Here is a guy in Tannenbaum who goes out and spends 95 million dollars on a QB. If his rookie head coach benches him, and another guy comes in and does better it makes Tannenbaum look like an idiot that we all know he is, and he will not take that chance. So what he will probably do is let Tannehill bomb out the rest of the season and promise Gase that he will move on from Tannehill after the season by trying to trade him. Not sure who would be dumb enough to want to take on a bad QB with that big of a contract though.

Look at the contracts of Tannehill (95 million) Suh (114 million) and Mario Williams (17 million) Tannenbaum destroying our cap with 3 guys who number 1, are not worth the money they are being paid, and number 2, do not produce enough to warrant that type of contract. If they had that money free, they could sign a bunch of quality players and add a lot of debt to make this team much better all around. Paying a guy 23 million a year or whatever the exact figure is....And in return he averages about 5 tackles a game and he will be lucky to get double digit sacks at seasons end, is no way shape or form worth 20 something million a year. It is not a game changing position and does not win you football games. Not simply picking up the 5th year option of Tannehill and giving him that kind of contract proves how clueless Tannenbaum is and his judge of talent is pathetic.

The bigger issue going forward is, we have idiots running the show. We can't draft, we can't sign the right free agents, we can not do nothing right with the clowns that run this show. And as long as Ross is the owner and has guys like Tannenbaum calling the shots, we are finished for many years to come. Its just a sad reality.
