Receivers stepped up bigtime on that drive, too. Damien Williams made a great play, Gibson made a couple of really nice plays, Hartline made a clutch play on 3rd and 15, and then Clay, absolutely beautiful on the TD.

No question, Tannehill is among the toughest QB's in the game.
This is not news, our QB has been taking it on the chin since 2013.
this is true but but back then he was just getting hit and not really keeping plays alive or making big time throws w heat in his face, etc. i think that's the big difference vs now - he's taking punishment but he's maturing very nicely in his understanding of what to do / where to go w the ball - he's always been tough. now, his toughness is helping the offense move the chains.

that's just the way I saw it then vs now. he's making more plays now is all I'm trying to say.
