Brady also put a couple deep balls right on the money, like the long pass to Edelman.

Yeah it was a nice throw. A bit underthrown which gave Edelman a chance to find the football and adjust to it... then go up and get it.

For two players who posted good numbers, Tannehill and Wallace were both poor for a lot of the game. I think the criticism was well warranted. Our passing game was close to dreadful and Tannehill was a big part of that. There was a litany of stone handed plays from the receivers, starting with Matthews almost screwing up the blocked kick when he should have just scooped and scored. So it's not all on Tannehill, but he can't lead a receiver and its a problem he needs to correct.

The Pats were awful yesterday. We still had to do a lot of great stuff to win (thank you oline and Moreno on O) but we left a lot of offensive plays behind and our defense bailed them out several times. I'm sorry but Tannehill is the leader of the offense and he has to stop looking like a weak link and more like the fulcrum.

I personally think Trent Green blasted Tannehill way too much and his bias announcing can skew people's opinions. Yet Trent had nothing to say about how poorly Brady's deep ball looked.

False statement. Green even said that veteran QBs, Brady, didn't always have the best accuracy.

Game one in a new offense...timing issue are going to happen....still an issue in week 8 then it will be something to worry about.
