I have been through so much of this for the last 20yrs., I can not believe it is happening again.

It’s been a slow start for Julius Thomas with the Dolphins.
Thomas hasn’t had a ton of catches in training camp, though Adam Gase dismissed that as incidental, and now he joins an already long injury list. He’s out today with a back injury.
That’s concerning given that back trouble ruined last season for him.

Drake got hurt today too. This sucks.

Well......what is there left to say, we were all concerned about him and he's hurt again. The report didn't mention how serious the injury was though. I am beginning to think we need to rebuild with youth and stop with the signing of these veterans.

An injured Thomas means tight end will be a weakness for this offense this year when it was (wrongly?) assumed it would be a major upgrade. The wideouts and running backs will be needed to make up the difference.

I'd rather see Marquis out there anyway...he is a better blocker. I've never been impressed with Thomas...no big deal to me. Next man up!

Get back out there.

Isn't Fasano ahead of him on the depth chart? And it isn't like Fasano isn't a good blocker. Fasano even had the starter job part of the season last year do to injuries.

I was just thinking last night its amazing he's stayed healthy thus far

I think some of you are getting too worked up over these camp injuries. It's the 3rd week of camp. Vets exaggerate these bumps and bruises to get a day off. There's still a month until the real games start. They'll be fine.

Should we really be surprised with a player who hasn't played more than 14 games in
a season in his 6 year career
