2 Tackles, 2 Guards, 1 TE, RB x 2, FB, LB, K, CB x 2. We are a finesse team and lack any power rushing game. Ireland does not draft well enough to make us elite. We were badly exposed today.

Good luck accomplishing anything positive with four new faces on the offensive line.

I would submit that Pouncey should go to Guard and we need a Center.

New offensive coordinator.
Tannehill & Wallace living together during the off-season.
Daniel Thomas playing in the CFL.
Re-do the 2013 draft.

Those are some team needs.for 2014.

I see it as
OL
LB
OL
LB
OL
LB
OL
LB

OL, OL, OL, OL, and ummmm....oh yeah!!! Did i mention OL?!!! Seriously though, a new GM should be numero uno on that list.

1- new gm
2- resign grimes and big Paul
3- move pouncey to guard
4- draft a LT that can actually play
5- draft best center in the draft
6- sign or draft 1 guard , 1 RT
7- draft an explosive punt and kick returner
8- release martin , incognito, thigpen , Daniel Thomas, clabo, jerry, Carroll, Wilson, wheeler, etc
8- sign a good veteran RB
9- trade wake and get a great draft pick for him. Trade him while u still can.
10- I like tannehill but if there s a potential elite qb in the draft , u draft him.
11- I got more but I'll continue later.

Best guards and tackles in the draft >>>>> best center in the draft.

If we by some miracle make the playoffs, Ireland needs to ride the wave of positivity and resign Grimes before our dreams get crushed.

Draft:

1. Best tackle available
2. Best lineman available/Carlos Hyde
3. Shayne Skov (trade up if necessary)
4. LaMarcus Joyner
5. Let Jeff Ireland take over the draft board from here.

Re-sign: Grimes, Soliai, Clemons and Carroll.

Free agency: Two starting offensive linemen (I'd go RT and LG to have experience on both sides of center) and third defensive tackle.

Draft: Three offensive linemen, running back, outside linebacker, quarterback, defensive back, and tight end.

This team is too soft, period. There are no punishing tacklers or intimidators on defense and the OL is pathetically weak as well.

A big, strong DT to take Starks' spot, a smart, tough tackling machine at LB and punishing hitter at the safety position would do wonders for the defense. Offensively, you're going to have to replace at least two linemen and it would be great if they could find a more physical runner that can gain the tough yards when needed.

this is extremely frustrating. the OL should have already been built but instead its an unmitigated disaster. i guess it's like the ireland fanboys say...rome wasnt built in a day. we just need to be patient. jeff gets it.
