Is it just me, or does this franchise find a way every year to make us the laughing stock of the NFL? Whether it's trading for A.J. Feeley, making Dan Marino a vice-President and then him quitting, giving celebrities ownership rights to the team, or going after a college coach in the offseason while we still haven't fired the one we've got... the list goes on and on and on.

"If the Dolphins' business side has its way, Tebow's faithful will scoop up tickets, which have been packaged as part of a Gator Day experience for $115 per person, as they head to Sun Life Stadium to watch their old quarterback play. They'll dress in the Gators' orange and blue (which happens to be the Broncos' colors), and they'll cheer for Tebow (who will be trying to defeat the Dolphins). And they'll do all of this in the same venue where the Miami Hurricanes play their homes games.

Aww-kward."

This will definitely be the most embarrassing moment in Dolphins' history.

That means he will have a huge game against us. We make everyone look good.

lmao. I actually hope it happens now. Can't wait. We already created the mess now I want to see the whole thing.

See, I am thinking the other way. I think the defense will fired up and Tebow gets his *** kicked that day. It will be the Fins first win of the year.

BTW, Culpepper coming back with the Raiders was pretty embarrassing as he ran around the field after scoring a TD saying his leg was OK.

If it really is as you say then... wow..

Its situations like this that you really have to wonder if Steven Ross is over his head. For a man who could be described as shrewd and cunning in other business ventures, its almost laughable that he keeps making mistakes like this. Its almost as if the guy has absolutely no understanding of football. He has no idea about some of the basic fundimentals of this sport.

First its declaring the Dolphins Superbowl contenders. Fair enough, you like that enthusiasm from an owner.
Then its publically announcing that he hopes Henne will become the best quarterback in franchise history. Hmm, okay, still enthusiastic and some fans might wince, but moving on.
Then its announcing that the lockout saga wasn't a labor dispute because NFL players make alot of money. What?
Then its the Jim Harbaugh saga. Oh crap....

Now its the Tebow saga. How could he not see this possibility coming? I'll pass over the entire question of why he expects gimmicks(instead of simply building a winning team) to sell tickets. But how could anyone in their right mind NOT see this coming?
He expects fans to buy tickets to an event honoring a rival team(while their team was ignored for honoring mind you), as that rival teams former quarterback is trying to beat the other team fans root for. And then Ross has the testicular fortitude to question why fans are disgruntled. He is literally slapping the very same people he expects money from in the face, all the while confused about why those people are angry.

Steven Ross is not a moron. But my god, youd have a difficult time convincing Dolfans of that.

Here's what will happen when they introduce Tebow and the gators.

Should be fun.

Well the only way Miami could complete the cluster **** is by somehow signing Orton and starting him that day.

Oh great! We get to be his first win as a starter...

just when you thought it couldn't get any worse.
I mean... are you seriously surprised by this anymore????

Well the only way Miami could complete the cluster **** is by somehow signing Orton and starting him that day.

Probably get him for a bag of chips now and Denver would throw in a 5th round pick to be rid of him.

The Tebowettes are all giddy here in Colorado. I just don't think he is much of an upgrade over Orton. He just has the mobility that Orton doesn't have, but Tebow's arm strength and accuracy just aren't there. I can see us getting our first win over the Donkeys and ruining our chances to get Luck.

Not sure what the uproar is all about. It is Gators day, not Broncos day, so who gives a ****? So what that Tebow is starting for them, Pouncey is starting for us.
