Anyone heard what saban said during the post-game interview about Tebucky Jones. Well Saban said that when T. Jones left with his injury, the defense panicked and got confused and didn't know which play to call.
For a guy who struggles in space and made an "uncalled for Facemask" penalty v.s the Panthers, I would have to guess because he played in New England and knows the defense more than the other players, excluding T. Daniels, the other players look up to him and he is slowly becoming a big factor in this defense.

sorry to be ignorant

He's aiming to be ready for the Buffalo game. Even if he's not, its not expected to be anything long term.

good news-what was his injury?

PS awesome sig pic-might have to steal it for my avatar if you don't hate on me

Steve Smith's 3rd TD

Im sure all of you saw this, but i was just wondering how there was like 5 fins around him and he got a TD...i dont know who the safety was (think it was tillman), but he got a terrible angle on smith and took out like 2 fins defenders in the process...hopefully it wont happen again

well i think (aside from Moss later on) smith was the best receiver we're going to face this season. so its nice to get it over with now, and with a win no less.

I didn't even know Tebucky was injured. That would explain why Tillman was in the game & allowed that long TD catch & run after the catch.

I sure hope they were confused. I hate to think that our pass D knew what they were doing and was still getting smoked...

We are sure to be tested in the secondary in future games. I hope Saban can plug the holes.
