Technical issues with site

I seem to be having a couple of reoccuring issues on this site that are exclusive to this site.

1. When i hit the "view last unread post" tab it takes me to the very last post of the entire thread, instead of the last post I viewed.

2. When I hit preview post, it posts it as if I hit submit so I then have to go back and edit out the mistakes.

Minor things just thought it might be good to bring to someone's attention.
