First of all do you guys think they keep Ginn on KR's during the regular season? I think he should stay back there personally. Also to me it's been pretty obvious that they have purposely tried NOT to feature Ginn in the preseason. I'm not exactly sure what the strategy is by doing so but that's just what it's seemed like.

As for Ronnie Brown I just wanted to kind of laugh at his spin move in the first half when nobody was there, did anyone else notice that? I'm one of the biggest Ronnie Brown supporters but that was just comical IMO. I don't remember exactly when it was during the game but he took the handoff and immediately spun when there were no defenders anywhere near him.

I think that with Bess or someone else available I would keep Ginn's legs fresh and leave him to his WR role. Maybe you can switch them in and out to keep teams off balance. Maybe I'm exaggerating and overstating how much wear kick returning leaves on a player. Someone should add to this.

If I remember correctly it looked like a guy was coming in unblocked so Ronnie put on a spin move, but someone came up and blocked the guy and Ronnie looked like an idiot.

Also the lack of Ted Ginn I don't believe is planned. I think they would love to have teams crapping their pants at the thought of defending ginn, but I just don't think he is getting open.

If Ginn is getting tired from returning kicks then that means we are letting up WAAAY too many points.

exactly... the defender was right in his gap and was picked off as Ronnie started to spin away, haha it was funny

I hate to say it but Ronnie simply has below average RB instincts and vision. He gets by on his well above average power, size, hands and blocking but he just doesn't have the feel for the game that Ricky or even Cadillac have (just to use examples from that game). Even with his combine timed 4.3 40, Ronnie also just doesn't play that fast ON THE FIELD.

Ginn is kind of similar in that he doesn't play as fast, or should I say "quick" as his combine time would dictate. He isn't very shifty at all. He also gets knocked off his routes at the LOS way too often.

Overall, they're both guys who will be good but never "great" players.

If we could've traded Ronnie, Ginn and Penny for Jay Cutler, I would've done it.

Even right now, IF Brandon Marshall wasn't such a head case and IF Anquan Boldin wasn't so old, I would've traded Ronnie for either of them.

Sorry to say...

didnt ronnie do a spin like that a few years ago also?
