Well guys i personally think this is Ginn's year..out there on he looks like a completly diffrent player..I kno its only in shorts but just the way he is moving around catching the ball, running routes etc.. he looks like he is finally ready to be the Dolphins' go to guy

I like our WR's alot more this year than last and I beleive Ginn will improve. His running out of bounds to avoid the hit is going to be the biggest thing for Ginn to overcome. I beleive is running out of bounds is not a thought out process just a mental one kind of like being afraid of getting hit with the ball in baseball. When you start dealing with the sub consious you are dealing with a very heavy issue that might not ever be overcome

Yes but go back to the Ravens playoff game..Ngata smacked Ginn and he got right up..so you may be right but we'll see come september

I've seen him take some ferocious hits and hold onto the ball more than a few times last year. I mean, he's not afraid to take shots on his upper body, but let's face it, he's a cheetah, and he's gotta protect those ankles. So, he'll eat as many yards as he can before leaving the "kill" when the hyenas show up rather than risk a shot at his legs in full stride.

I'm more concerned about his fumbles. That's a big no no i feel.

He looks 100 times more confident from what I've seen on the OTA film. It's hard to tell something like that, but I can most definetely see it.

Let's see:

Career 90 rec covering a 2 year span with 3 fumbles, non lost.. I guess going toward the outterbound cuts down on lost fumbeles... btw, all 3 fumbles were last year..

Hi Fumble in the playoffs really killed us though, we had stolen momentum back and it was one of those drives that you felt in your bones there was no way we were going to be denied. But that was last year. This is a new year!

NFL.COM has Ginn with 3 fumbles for 2008 season
and 5 fumbles for the 2007 season for a total of 8 fumbles

If 8 is the correct number and NFL.com has it right then I would say it's a problem but Ginn can correct it.

Ginn is just part of our WR core. They all have to be solid and work together in order to be successful especially in Ginn's situation. Everyone is gameplanning for him more than any of our other WRs. I see that if Bess and Camarillo can both stay healthy and continue to improve on what they did for us last year as far as short routes and being solid possession guys for Pennington.. it will make it alot easier for Ginn to succeed as our number one threat especially down field. He has already proved he isnt afraid to go up and get the tough catches. He just has to continue to become more physical and use his speed the way he did at OSU.

Hes deadly in the wildcat, I think, on reverses and plays using Pat White throwing out of it especially downfield.

Offense could be exciting this year for the first time since you know who was here.

People get way to worked up over this. I would much rather see him step out of bounds instead of getting waxed and fumbling the ball. Unless he needs to squeeze out another yard for a TD or first down, there is no reason he shouldn't just pull up and go out of bounds. Unless of course there is a cutback lane.
