What are your thoughts on this, I know he is under contract but might giving the position of head of football operations like Parcelled had make it a possibility to hire him away from GB?
 
We had our chance to get him years ago. Wolf even recommended him to Wayne. That ship has sailed.
 
I like the term Czar. It's like were looking for the football equivalent of Joseph Stalin.
 
I would be ecstatic if we hired Thompson. Promote him and bury him in cash. Give him to the key to south beach and JoLo's room key.
The only way we are going to turn this team around is from the top.

I'd prefer "Tsar" It's more old school.

With plenty of needs and The Diva as QB, TT scores huge points as opportunistically still stepping up to snatch Aaron Rodgers.
 
IF we were to have the #1 pick in the draft and you were to throw enough money his way he might consider the positions of VP of football operations with us. He's got a great thing going in Green Bay though and having that first pick would give him a chance to build another winner from the ground up. Still Green Bay loves their Packers...it's hard to leave an atmosphere like that.
 
I don't see him leaving, but I would throw as much money as possible at him to Atleast try to lure him here.
 
Def dont see him going anywhere..He has a chance to win alot of titles up there in GB, and he will likely do it.
 
Do I want to hire the best GM in football?? You bet your *** I do. Not happeneing though.
