He is such a great player I really hope he doesn't go out like this! It would be a shame to not see him play again! He plays a lot like Zack so I can appreciate what he brings to the Pats!

I wish Teddy nothing but the worst on the field but off the field I wish him nothing but the best. I hope he has a speedy recovery and his career isn't over because of this tragic incident!
 
Obviously I hate to see his career end like this. However, if his body is telling him to hang the cleets, of course he should end it. Otherwise, something much worse could happen in the future.

I hope he gets well and then retires. Football is not more important than his health or his family. 3 SB rings, Pro Bowler. Tedy has had a nice career.
