teg ginns 40 yard dash

4.37 at "75 percent." I'd say he's definitely a low 4.2's guy when healthy though.
 
his speed is best measured beyond 40 yards..... he ran 100 meters in just over ten seconds... meters are even longer than yards !! you do the math...

football standard is the 40 yards, becuase that is the average distance ran and is a better judgement of "quickness" rather than running perfectly straight for an entire football field. even on kick returns thats unlikely, so his football speed is best measure within 40 yards

seriously they need to think about having someone chasing the runner in the 40 yard dash if u really wanna measure football speed. cuz anyone is prob gonna run much faster being chased.

I played against Deon in Pop Warner and high school. That dude's speed was a freak of nature! I got him a few times only cause had a good angle. Straight up the field though, nobody could touch him.
 
I read an article last year about Ginn working out with fellow Buckeyes Clements and Galloway.....Clements was winning the majority of the 40 yard dash's, but Ginn was consistently beating them both by 15-20 yards in the 100!!!!!!!

So basically with Ginn we'll know by OUR 35 yard line if he's gone or not!
