He is a stud. No doubt. Likes big moments.
Chances are he's getting them predominantly in garbage time, because his 4th quarter QB rating (109.7) and YPA (7.8) don't correspond well to his WPA (1.85):Hey Shouright,
How come Romo has incredible 4th qtr stats but everything my eyes tell me is that he continually shats the bed? What gives?

This is one reason why various sources of data need to be used.

Everytime Tannebust plays well in a couple of games you can bet he will follow it up with examples of why he is not good. He has done it for 31 games now. Its not hard to figure. Thats just what he does. Plays well for a game or two, then plays like one of the worst players ever for a few games. Thats why we win 7 or 8 games with him each season. If you want to keep winning about half of our games or a little less, then keep wanting to start Turnoverhill.
How'd Matt Ryan do this year, what's he in his 5th or 6th year? And hasn't won jack? What was his QBR this year something like 70 something? And has an Oline and playmakers out the as*?
Looks like I was way off-base here.Well, we'd better hope that if that's true, his "comfort zone" expands considerably, because this level of QB play, in the absence of an absolute stud supporting cast and lots of luck (i.e., this year's KC Chiefs), isn't going to be associated with anything better than about a .500 record.
It would take lots of exceptions to the rule in other areas to get a QB with a low to mid 80s QB rating to propel a team to something significantly better than about .500.
