i have been wacthing the dolphins long before i could understand anything about football but since saban came there is some things that i miss even when we were a bad football team .
#1 i miss dan marino and the marxs brothers.

#2 i miss ricky williams.

#3 i miss those 10 &11 win seasons .

#4 i used to love seeing the dolphins cheerleaders and the excitement of pro player stadium. (wheres the excitement now)

#5 i miss norv turner's offense ,but not the qb.

#6 i miss ronnie brown .

#7 i always liked special teams but since westoff left ,I dont now.

#8 i miss tim bowens and daryl gardener on the dline

#9 i miss those orange jerseys and i really miss the aqua jerseys.

#10 what i really miss is when we used to score 30 points even though it has been few and far between games but what i am saying is we just dont have a flare when we play teams i dont know if its coaching but something is really missing , thus why cant we go out and win big and hear something positive instead of dolphins wining its the other team loses.

i want us to be a up and coming team instead of a shinking ship which we have been for 5 years now.

I Miss the Playoffs!! as well as the Aqua jerseys.
 
surtain, madison n mare and knight he hit other players so hard
ricky too last yrs off play callin it was with no fear now there is no trust and fear that are player won't make the plays
 
I miss our Surtain, Madison, Sammy Knight and Brock Marion secondary. They were incredible, no one could throw anything on us.

Now I find myself scared when I see an opposing QB drop back to pass.
 
God only knows how good we could have been if Saban was our coach in the 01-03 era.
 
I miss feeling confident when we have the ball on the opposition's 5 yard line.

With Joey, I know the pick is coming.

I don't miss Ricky. Screw him.

Terrell Buckley :eek: How could you miss him. He was terrible IMO
 
How about Snowflake?How cool would it be to have our own bottlenosed dolphin celebrating and chattering tense moments and scores when we're at home?Also our old aquablue jerseys...those things would literally glow and blind you when the sun would illuminate them.GOD I LOVE MY 'FINS!!!
 
I miss Crash Jensen.
I miss Louie Oliver smacking people down.
I miss the excitement of a Phins-Bills/Phins-Jets rivalry.
I miss watching coach Shula patrol the sidelines.
I miss the fire that Brian Cox had.
I miss John Offerdahl giving us hope that our defense could be great only to get injured year after year.
I miss the playoffs so much that the 38-3 routs during the JJ era in the playoffs are looking good now.
I miss starting out the season 7-2 or 9-3.

Things I don't miss:
The late season collapses that plagued this team.
The look on Wanny's face after another offsides by the OL
The day I found out Ricky was suspended for the season.
The running back combos under Marino, from Higgs to Sammie Smith.
The "what if" scenarios that plagued the Shula, JJ and Wanny era ( what if we won one more game to secure homefield? What if our D was decent? What if we had a running game? ect..)

But what I miss most is the fire I had when the Dolphins lost those years. The anger that stayed with me for days and sometimes weeks.. I miss caring as much as I used to, now I'm almost at the point where I expect failure.
 
I miss a strong start and the optimisim that goes along with that. The last 3-4 years have been dismal because we never have anything to look forward to. We start out $hitty and spend the rest of the year saying "if we win out we...".
