Teams "bid" on a player. Meaning if they want someone, they put a round with the kid's name. What team comes first in the pecking order gets the player and lose the pick the year later. So it is not on TV, but I do not know when the process commences.

Thank you for explaining that because I was just gonna ask how this type of draft worked because in the past I never paid attention to that.

While I'm not sold on Prior yet, mainly due to the poor attitude I've been reading about , what teams are ahead of us in the draft who might make a play for him???

It would be worth giving up a 6th or 7th rounder. He could turn out to be a heck of a steal. At worst you could move him to WR. We wouldn't be out much.

I'd love if they put in a 5th round bid and hope for the best..... hes a project but with his athleticism i'd throw out a 5th rounder and if someone bids higher than let them have him

Yeah, pretty much. Tedd Ginn was fast, couldn't catch, and afraid to get hit. So looking back, all Ginn could do was run fast.
