I have not been able to watch this kid very much. But from what i see he is a BEAST and damn near unblockable. I think with Bama playing so well he will come out because everyone's stock will be so high.

He is 6-5 385 and obviously would be our NT. My question is do you think he is athletic enough to be a NT?

I feel if he can get off the snap at all he will take up two blockers and if he drives his legs i think he Merling and Langford will eat up O-lines with no issue.

Does anybody have knowledge of what kind of athlete he is and if he could play the nose well in the NFL. I know he can play because of his size but does he have the drive and skill to get off the ball and get penetration.

And where do you think he will be drafted late 1st? early to mid second?
 
wacth him play LSU today at 1230 on ABC.
 
keep ur eye on him and rashaad johnson the S from alabama. like him a lot and WR byrd from LSU
 
he can play NT, no doubt. However, I don't see him coming out this year. Hes been dealing with some injuries and such and it may hurt his stock.
 
was that johnson picking that jump ball ? nice proprioception, the ball was flying around and he managed to get to the right spot and catch it

Man you are right Byrd just torched that guy.....i like what i see from LSU so far....do you think Byrd will be there in the late 2nd

I see him going anywhere from 25-45 range. I really like this kid.

You're right whats not to like

6-2 198 4.4 (40) even though i like or receiving core if he is there for our 3 round pick GRAB HIM UP....big and fast and a high value if he "falls" to our 3rd rounder

Cam and Ginn on the outside and Byrd in the slot JESUS that would be a dangerous set of wide outs. I like Lafell to either would be ok with me. If that is the direction we choose.
 
Byrd would be a number 1/2 not a slot.

I think you can have byrd there, then ginn at 2, cam at 3 so he can get his YAC with bess switching on and off with Cam for the slot spot

I was thinking slot to start get him into the flow of the NFL early.....And i see you have Johnson is that the kid from Bama. He has played well today but i am kinda hoping Culver develops into something good

Johnson is very good in coverage but his size reminds me of HIll...kinda small.

Culver coming through would be awesome. so far he has good recovery speed and good ball skills as far as jumping and elevating to defelct passes as we have seen against Hardy vs Buff and the INT vs Denver and teh MIND SET to make sure his feet were in several times before going out.
 
btw love ur sig with London. it was an awesome catch on almost double coverage and I think he can turn into a serious gamer for us.
