With the team finally clicking, it sucks that we have a bye next week. It would be nice to keep the momentum flowing and to keep improving. Hopefully they are smart during the bye and get healthy. They will also have a chance to install more of Gase's playbook and clean-up some of the issues that have been killing them (namely the stupid penalties).

What to do next Sunday without a Dolphins game? My wife has been bugging me to take her to Frankenmuth so maybe we can do that. I am scheduled for a major foot surgery on November 2nd and I will be non-weight bearing for 8-12 weeks afterwards so that may be our only chance to get away.

I think this will good rest for Ajayi & rest up for the other vets.

I hope Xavien Howard comes back but we will have Culliver back.

I really like that we have 2 weeks to game plan for a division opponent

2 weeks to prepare for a divisional game. I'll take it.

We just had a very emotional, very physical game against a division foe. Now we have another game coming up against a division foe that usually plays us with emotion and physicality at our place. We need to be ready to go out there and throw punches again.

Does having a bye now help us rest and recuperate for another physical game, or cause us to lose that emotional edge?

We're going to find out.

I'm not gonna complain about two weeks of prep for the Jets. Big chance to come out with a solid game plan get to .500 AND get to 2-1 in the division. At home as well. Don't screw this up! Let's have something to play for these last 8 games

We are going to need the time to adjust the secondary, players coming back frm injury and still have to figure out the saftey play with Jones out

We have two weeks to prepare and get healthy against a ****ty Jets team at home.

Time to rest, get healthy and ready. Not only for the jets but two games in a row in California after that. We need to make good use of that time thought

Ozzy rules

Its good for the team to get a rest. But I always fear that it can take away momentum.
