i know this is copying Pitt, but since we have JP and at the end of the game yesterday seeing Chad P. and TGinn using towels to get the fans hype.

I urge all fans who are going to the game to bring out towels (Aqua preferred, but white will do) and use them in addition to our cheers to cheer on the fins (offense and defense).

What do yall think....better yet anyone know someone who works for the team, they need to do this, gift it out to all Dolphins fans walking into the stadium

The Dolphins had this kind of gimmick back in the 70's, I believe. Some of the more experienced members on this board probably know what I'm talking about. I think they called it the "Horrible Hanky."

Yea unfortunately I remember that ugh. Its sounded so gay lol. Not that there is anything wrong with that lol.

I would hate to copy another teams tradition.....we need a better idea on how to pump up the crowd.....

any suggestions?

How about waving mini fin flags???

i say we all bring our fighting dogs to the stadium and force them to bark in support of our team. This would also discourage opposing fans from coming to the stadium with fear of thier life if they act up. Im sure this would bring a tear to Joey's eye.

the whole fighting dogs thing i think is atlantas idea...didnt go so well for them

At the Pats-Fins Monday nighter back in 2004 I smuggled in a freezer bag full of beach sand that I threw after every big play. I figured the Pats fans threw snow, we should be able to throw something, right? The sand did not go over well with other fans, but I certainly enjoyed it. Perhaps everybody should do that this sunday

Yea, those Horrible Hankies, in a packed Orange Bowl, on a Monday night. The crowd used to get so loud that the Refs would have to stop the game and ask them to quite down......that always worked out well. I remember one time when it was so loud, that even Shula had to ask for quite in order to get the game going again. Man, do I miss that!!
