Below a 4 million dollar cap hit for 22. Approximately 11 million in space still available for the Dolphins. Grier has done good work with the salary cap, and more space can still be created with a redoing of Xavien Howard’s deal (which I anticipate will get done)…Been critical of him, but he has done well with his resources this off-season thus far.

Well there they are. So freed up cap space for this year, and am I correct in saying it looks like it's easy enough to get out of the last couple years if need be?
We might could get Tretter this year after all if they want and are ok with his physical.

2023 looks awfully tight (-12m cap space). might need the cap space to roll over.

Plus we need to pick up Wilkins 5th year option, and possibly re-sign Van Ginkel and Gesicki. 2023 ahould be interesting...

That's an amazing contract. Still surprised with how little we got him for. Legit out after only 2 years. Next year is really the only big hit They're clearly going all in this year with the way they've structured Armstead, Hill, Jones and Ogbah to a lesser degree.

I remember when free agency started and we had something like $120M or so in space next year. That vanished in hurry.
