Jets insider is reporting that Bradway will get canned today. The JETS have announced a "major" Press conference for 3pm today. Sources say Tannenbaum will be promoted to GM, and bradway will be reduced to helping in the scouting department.

It is starting to get ugly up in New york with both franchises in turmoil...

Mike Tannenbaum will be the new GM, so it is not like they are bringing in another outsider. This is a great move, and a move , I bet, that will force Chad to restructure or retire...

He didn't get fired, he got demoted to some personell department.

Man I didn't think Woody would do this to Bradway...

This is now Mangini's team!!:cooldude:

Are you sure you want a kid running your franchise?

Obviously Woody is willing to take the risk. And I think most, if not all Jets fans are willing to take the risk.

This franchise hasn't won anything in 37 years...Hell, they couldn't even win the Super Bowl with a coaching staff that included Parcells, Belichick, Weis and Crennel.

I personally like the risk they are taking in terms of bringing in young blood to the Jets. Whether Mangini takes the Jets to the Super Bowl, or flops badly as a 1st time head coach, i'm willing to take the risk. Nothing else has worked the last 37 years, why not risk it?

Actually, this is a good move for that Jets. While I do like to knock on the Jets for hiring Mangini because of his age, I do think he will have success in New York. Not right away, but I think he will have some success building the team up. I do believe it will be rocky the first couple of years for him.

If you compare the two teams in the AFC East with front office/coaching changes(The Jets and Bills) the Jets have made the far superior moves.
