Terry Glenn told ESPN that he'd rather be released than sign the Cowboys' proposed injury waiver.

Glenn is barred from practice until he signs a waiver that would reduce his salary from $1.7 million to $500,000 if he re-injures his knee. Jerry Jones isn't backing down: "I'd like for him to come back, but the nature of his injury is one that it can go in the next step... So that's too big of a risk for our team to take, and I don't think any team will take that risk." Jun. 17 - 5:19 pm et

I know that guy is a big Gamble, but one this organization I think will make if and when he is release. Tuna has always been rough on Glenn, but he knows the type of player Glenn is. Glenn would be an awesome Vet on a very young inexperience WR core. I can't wait to see if he is release to see if Miami picks him up.

Im not sure but looking at our WR depth he can fight derek hagan for the #3 spot

Your thread title is misleading. He has yet to ask for a release.

And yes, not only would I welcome him, but if he was released, I would be 99% sure he would wear the aqua and orange within a day.

I would love to see him and Ginn on the outside and Wilford in the slot . that would be a sick 3 WR set.

He is better then any WR on our roster currently... When he is healthy... So go get him, cause if he can remain healthy he would be the best WR we would have on our roster

Not a big Glenn fan but he would be our best receiver out of the box

He's worth the risk IMO, high risk high reward, if Glenn stays healthy 13/17 games, he can give us a 1,000 yard 8+ TD WR.

hell yeah, give him a shot what do we have to lose

NO WAY! I want to see Ted/Wilford/Hagan get their shots

I agree lets do it. He may be older (33) but he will be able to teach our young WR and if he doesnt get hurt catch alot of passes.

Actually He Was Asked To Be Released If The Cowboys Are Not Going To Let Him Play Without Signing The Waiver For The Injury. Its On Rotoworld.com Check It Out
