Texas (Nov. 25) - Vince Young and Texas were far from perfect, but the Longhorns fought through their faults, remained unbeaten and moved one step closer to the Rose Bowl.

Ramonce Taylor ran for two touchdowns, Cedric Griffin returned a blocked punt for score in the third quarter and the No. 2 Longhorns survived Young's shakiest game of the season to keep their national championship hopes intact with a 40-29 win over Texas A&M on Friday.

Well right now they are down 17-3 to Neb. and with their loss last week to Iowa St. they would lose the head to head with both having 4-3 records.That is IF they lose to Nebraska.
 
One good thing about today's game was that Vince dropped in the Heisman before a national audience.
 
i doubt ESPN will show highlights of young sucking, though. so it'll probably be moot
 
actually i just saw the highlights on ESPNEWS. they made young look really bad. sweet :D
 
What is everyone's problem with Texas/obsession with USC? Not trying to start some big war here, so no need to reply with defensive posts or garbage, I'm just wondering why everyone is all over USC with praise but bashes Texas to high hell and enjoys when Vince or the Horns have a bad showing? If anything you people should be rooting AGAINST USC because they are becoming the Patriots of college football. Plus most of the people I see praises USC and/or bashing Texas seem to be Canes fans or FSU or Gators or another team, I don't even think I have seen a USC fan here. Not saying there aren't any, I just can't recall any posts by someone stating to be a Trojan fan. But anyway, so why does everyone seem to hate Texas and Vince and love Leinart/Bush and USC? It's not like you are just "supporting" Leinart or Bush because we are going to draft them, because we aren't, so what's the deal?
