Had Ronnie played against the tough Steeler D and carried say...4 times for 7 yards. God, this board would have been crucifiying Nick for taking Ronnie 2nd over all. Some people on here just really need to relax and quit being so damn Chicken Little about EVERYTHING!!

I know that you are right but I am anxious as heck to see him on the field. I might bust a blood vessel the first time he crushes some DB coming up to "stop" him! I want to see cleat marks all over some bozo's chest and face mask!

Seriously, though.... hold on.....

:roflmao:  :rofl3: ....okay... okay...

I don't know about anyone else, but Ronnie Brown is scary. He's just too calm. If I were opposing teams, they better be worried. It's always the calm ones...

It looks like you guys have some serious problems on the OL, no offense. Coupled with the QB situation, you are looking at a 1 dimensional offense. That doesn't sound encouraging for either Ronnie or Ricky.
Best of luck-

LaDanian is calm, Priest is relaxed, Emmett(spelling?) was always cool to name a few...

Things will be better for the running game once game-planning starts. Short passes like Feeley was using last night will help too. Ronnie will get many a swing pass to work with. Not just handoffs

because ravens fans can talk about other teams one-dimensional offenses..

Well at what hes getting paid and being the Future RB of the team.He needs to be on the field as much as possible.

Not a Ravens fan here. A Steeler fan since 1970 (birth). :D
BTW, AU stands for Auburn University. AU_raven is just a username.

He looks freakishly similar to Marshall Faulk. Anyone else see the similarity? Even his playing style is the same.

I'm glad he didn't play either. Too many negatives to playing him. He just got to camp, the wet field... Not good. Let his first game be at home after a couple of more practices. Let him get a standing O at home, and bust it out in a planned game against the Bucs. Better scenario... A few carries would not have done much IMO.

I did not see the game last night, but is it possible our receivers were taking it easy and fearing an injury because of the wet surface? Do you think they would have played differently during a regular season game.
