I understand Ireland criticism - he's far from perfect. Having said that, you've been around long enough to know that one game - even a Super Bowl win- wouldn't silence the Ireland haters.
 
I like your sentiment but you are unfortunately slightly incorrect with your wording, change "will stop" to "should stop" ... Bashers will always find new and interesting ways to bash.

Why the hell did you start a thread on a topic you don't want to debate?
 
I will step up to this challenge. As a certified official Finheaven Ireland hater I still think he should be fired for his inability to draft worth a damn in the second and third rounds. We look like we're on journey to get to an 8-8 season. Does 7-9, 7-9, 6-10, 7-9, 8-8 sound like an outstanding general manager to you? Especially if that general manager had just spent a gazillion dollars on questionable free agent acquisitions. Any franchise other than the Dolphins would have fired him last year.
 
So let me get this straight. We are one game over .500 and this is cause for a celebration. Remember this same thread popped up after we went 3-0 and what happened after that. You would think after this long this team would stop getting the benefit of the doubt by some. Let them prove themselves before you start making threads that could have you eating crow in 3 weeks.
 
The only negative about winning is it gives faint hope of a Jeff Ireland return. Maybe we can make the playoffs and this Jon Martin thing can expose Jeff Ireland as negligent and we can lose all of these bums that have been bringing down our team.
 
The play of Bryant McKinnie is the most damning indictment of Jeff Ireland, IMO.

If we make the playoffs here, McKinnie will have saved our season. Why didn't we SIGN HIM IN FREE AGENCY? Ireland blows.

What happened after that was us losing 4 games by four point or less, with the 9th youngest team in the league with 8 new starters. And all I said WAS THE BASHING CAN STOP FOR 7 DAYS. NEVER SAID IT COULDN'T CONTINUE, AS A MATTER OF FACT, I EXPECTED TO RESUME..
