Anyway, I had a next door neighbor from Cape May a few years ago, a guy named Fred Kuhner. He was apparently a big wheel in that town- he died a few years ago. i was just curious as to whether or not you knew him or heard of him. He was a great guy- owned a TON of real estate in Cape May.

I knew the name, but not the person. Didn't realize he had passed away.

I think it was 3-4 years ago. His wife died, too- her spirit seemed to break after he died, sad to see. She also lost a leg in a car accident about 35-40
years ago. Anyway fred Kuhner was something else- made and lost fortunes,
was a pioneer in bond futures trading, made about a quarter billion in Cape May real estate the last 20-25 years of his life. Quite a guy, and a true gentleman as well.
