If it wasn't for you, We would have had another 9-7 season, and Wanny would still be our coach, and that ugly cycle would have just continued, for who knows how long!! :D

Now things are looking soooooo much more positive! Great New Head Coach, a great Staff being put together, and the draft and FA has yet to begin!!!

Once again, Thanks!

Kind of a sick way to look at it... but it works for me.

I don't know about sick...but it's definitely an interesting way to look at it. Ricky was definitely a large piece of the puzzle that helped this team collapse this past season.

I just wish now the Mother F..... would do himself and his family (3 children with 3 different mothers) and come back to the NFL for 2 or more seasons. That way we can trade him to some other team for at least a draft pick.........but he seems hell bent on screwing us to the end.......:fire:

reminds me of the spurs a couple of years back. racked w/ so many injuries they lucked into the number one pick in order to take it from my celtics. tim duncan and 2 championships later, spurs fans were so lucky they sucked the year before. hope we can have the same kind of success.

all hail ricky:)

yes it is true !! , he was carrying all the ofensive load , with his departure the team swunk ....:roflmao: ......

However he might be a very different player under saban´s arm , he may be welcomed back ...boston and willams are hotheads but surely great monster players ...saban can change their mentality ..no question about that .

Too true...this might break the cycle of mediocrity. It was almost nice to have a losing season

no it wasnt...but its like breaking a nose, you have to rebreak it and shape it for it to recover again.

Who's Ricky Williams ?? I have erased him from my postings...

I agree, I would gladly take a down year, if it meant putting an end to "Wanny Ball" . Man, I'm just so psyched for this year. Saban is building such an impressive staff,.....I'm just on the edge of my seat waiting for his first big FA signing, and his pick for the draft coming up.

I have to remind myself, instant success probably wont happen over-night, but what I am proud of is the fact that we're on the "Right Track"!

Worst to First in 05'!!!!!!

I've been saying it since september, Ricky Williams quitting on us was one of the greatest things that has happened to the organization since the Wanny era began. If he had been in we would have never seen the emergence of Randy McMichael and Feeley would have never had the chance he got to develop into a good QB. Don't get me wrong, I'm still pissed that Ricky left the way he did but only good things can come from it now.
