I honestly could care less, especially if you're going to have anymore whining threads like this. You have some nerve bringing up somebody else's age when you started this thread to b-tch & moan...... :)

Some of you people are a-holes. This guy's right, jacking up prices for a screen-printed piece of polyester to $75 is shady. It's not about him having a "better job" or the money per se, for all you know he could be making a couple hundred thou, it's the principle of them raising the price beyond the level of being a ripoff. Some of you fanatics might be willing to drop $75 on that screen-printed piece of polyester, but a lot of people won't and in reality this will hurt the team's revenue, especially considering they're coming off a 4-12 season.

Maybe you should notice that ALL jerseys are the SAME EXACT PRICE. It isn't raising the price of anything. Our 4-12 record has nothing to do with it.:shakeno:

Don't like it? Complain to Reebok, not us.
 
The Dolphins have the right to raise the price, just like you have the right to buy one somewhere else.

Take The Captain and Tenille's advice...."You better shop around......"
 
It's simple, it's a business, it's supply and demand...buy one if you want one, don't buy one if you don't....me....I'm in, send me my Jersey Baby!!
 
Reebok raised the prices of the jerseys across the board. That price is not do to wanting to "Rip The Fan Off" We at the Dolphins Pro Shop argued with Reebok to keep the prices the same and they dissagreed. Jerseys will go up across the board not by our choice. Replica's, EQT's, and Authenics. We are not happy, please don't make us the bad guys.
I have all the jerseys here at the shop in Davie at the old price until the new shipments come in, then I will be forced to take on the new pricing due to those jersey's costing more.
Brown is a new jersey, Reebok is charging more that is why it is priced at the MSRP.

Ahhh thanks for the explanation. I stand corrected. So its Reebok bending us over :eek: . Well glad its not the Dolphins :wink: . All apologies
 
I can't believe people buy replicas. They are cheap junk with plastic heat transfered #'s and names. If you want a JERSEY...buy a REAL JERSEY. I know others don't agree with me, but I find those cheap things equivalent to going into Wal-Mart or K-Mart to buy an "awesome" pair of athletic shoes.

Looses money? Where do you get that information from? He bought the Dolphins for what, 170 million about a decade ago? They were worth about 700 million as of 2 years ago. With these new TV deals it's got to be close to 800-900 million now. That man will not lose money just to own the Dolphins. He has gone on record several times stating he knows nothing about the game and leaves all decision making to his staff. I'm sure he cares if his team wins but it's all about the money.
