Now that Wilkinson has joined the team, do you think there will be even more hype involved? I think both he and Joey have a desire to prove to the Lionsthey still have a lot of good football left in them and that they made mistakes releasing them both.

Joey and Dan can play that game blindfolded and one hand tied behind their back and we still win 48-3

You don't win any game easily in the NFL.

Hopefully Joey won't play in that game, as much as I like him I want to see Culpepper play every game.

All I know, is hopefully I'll be able to see this game in person.

i totally frogot we play them on thanksgiving. SHould be a fun thanksgiving

I think that now that we have Wilkinson AND Harrington , revenge will carry the Dolphins to victory!

I hope we don't need A couple of players taking that game personally to win! I would think we could beat the Lions with the 3rd and 4rth qtr. team we played last week.

Yep, I definitely want to see Cullpepper out there passing instead of Joey on Turkey day. But, even if Joey is on the sidelines the thought of him and Big Daddy beating their old team on national TV is a nice one. Revenge is a b*&()( unless you are the one dishing out the punishment!

The Lions likely would have wanted to keep the Big Daddy, but he didn't want to go through a full training camp with the new coach Rod Marinelli. Plus, he knew they sucked, and that his time was running out, and he wanted a shot with a winner. So he "retired," but the smart money was on him coming back at some point. So in his case at least, the Lions knew he had something left in the tank.

Joey will be dominating that clipboard from the sideline as he jots down the way Daunte slaughters that Detroit defense for 30+ points. :)
