**Thanksgiving Game Day Thread**

It was a solid shot to the knee. He was running on adrenaline, but he will feel that tomorrow. Feel bad for the Lions, Campbell lost that game by getting scared. Horrible play calling and game management.
DC doesn’t call the plays on offense. Ben Johnson does. Who I kind of like as a play caller but who bungled a key series today. DC also mismanaged the clock. The two combined were fatal.

I will buy the bad elbow. Also saw a comment about his physical play shortening his career like Newton. Then a response that he is bigger than a lot of defenders... so was Newton. My opinion is 1. He is not completely healthy. Who is? 2. Teams are adjusting. If we can mess up his pocket and control his escape and plays he makes in those situations. He is manageable.

Don't disagree, but '2' is a big ask

The injury is having an impact on his performance….

All these people saying he sucks, bla bla bla…

He’s an elite QB and will play better if he’s healed when we play him
Sounds like a BIlls fan to me...
It's a BS injury when you can throw a rocket on one play and completely miss on the next and then use the injury excuse. Didn't look injured on the rocket toss. He's inconsistent because that's what he is...

You mean like last time we played him?

When he was fully healthy and had over 60 pass attempts?

Is that the better you speak of?

Allen’s playing hurt… seems people are forgetting that…

If he’s healed up before our game, he won’t be playing

Whatever let’s you sleep at night….

Their not thinking of further injury when there out there….

And his injury only affects his throws, nothing else…
Allen is overrated. That is a fact. By all rights, the Bills should have lost that game.

uh oh poop GIF by It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Seems like the theme for me today!!! Lmaooooo

Allen is bigger than all the LB's and DB's that are trying to tackle him when he scrambles......don’t think he's going to get hurt unless he lands the wrong way....most of the time he's delivering the hardest hit on the play....having said that, the game was there for Detroit to take it but they they didn’t .......there's a reason they've only made the playoffs 12 times in the SB era.
Justin Fields has nice size and just sustained a separated shoulder. But I do agree that the risk of injury from running isn't as high as some would say. It helps if you are minimizing contact as much as possible and avoiding blindside hits.

He was playing like this during the Green Bay game as well as the Jets game prior to the play where the injury took place. His two picks against the Packers and two against the Jets were all pre-injury.

Yup.

He's always been inaccurate and a turnover machine.

That's not saying he's not good or one of the better ones in the game.

I think people think last year Allen is the norm. It's not, that was his career year.

This year Allen is the normal Allen. His physical skills male him elite.

Don't forget, the season before last, Allen led the league in Turnover worthy or should be ints.

It's who he is. Inaccurate, a lot of turnovers, but is freakishly athletic so when he gets bailed out with his 27 yard runs, people forget his inaccuracies is what caused him to need that 27 yard run

But yeah, then he makes an awesome throw, like the one to set up the FG.

Ahhh, whatever lol

It was definitely DC's call to kick the 51 yard field on fourth and one. And I would hope that he would have informed thee OC that there whether they would have kicked or went for it on fourth prior to the third down call.
